Alex Danilowicz

Alex Danilowicz is the Co-founder of Magic Patterns, an artificial intelligence software company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He launched the developer tools platform in late 2023 to help software teams prototype and export code for user interface components using generative AI. Under his leadership, Magic Patterns was selected to participate in the highly competitive Y Combinator Winter 2024 accelerator batch. Prior to establishing his own venture, Danilowicz earned a degree in Computer Science from Tufts University and subsequently served as the first employee at another Y Combinator startup. His entrepreneurial background extends to a multi-generational family business, originating from a tortilleria established by his grandfather in Tijuana, Mexico, during the 1970s. Danilowicz currently focuses his professional efforts on advancing early-stage B2B software and building AI-driven design tools for modern engineering teams.
