Alec Robins

Alec Robins is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Rally, a user research CRM startup based in Nashville, Tennessee. Backed by Y Combinator in the W22 batch, the company operates with under ten employees to automate outreach, scheduling, and participant management. Prior to launching Rally, Robins served as a Tech Lead on the Facebook Live team, directing engineering efforts for the Stars monetization product. From 2016 to 2019, he held multiple engineering roles at HubSpot, advancing from Software Engineer to Tech Lead while developing core features like templates and sequences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in 2016, alongside studies at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His current focus centers on leveraging scalable software architecture and artificial intelligence to optimize enterprise user research operations.
