Aldrich Tan

Aldrich Tan is the CXO and Co-founder of NextPay.ph and the Managing Director of UXPH, based in the Philippines. Prior to his current roles, he spent over 14 years working as a Senior Experience Architect and UX Design Leader across the United States and Canada at technology companies including BlackBerry, Getty Images, and Remitly. He co-founded NextPay in 2020 to provide digital banking solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, guiding the startup into Y Combinator’s Winter 2021 batch. Under his leadership, the neobanking platform has processed over $20 million in transactions for more than 100 businesses and secured a $1.6 million seed round led by Golden Gate Ventures and Gentree Fund. Tan currently focuses on expanding financial inclusion for underserved businesses through fintech innovation while advancing the regional design community.
