Alan Xie

Alan Xie is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Callback, an early-stage technology startup. Before establishing his current company, he built his foundational career in enterprise software and cloud computing as a Product Manager at Microsoft and AWS. During his tenure at these major technology firms, he managed product development cycles and technical strategy before transitioning into the entrepreneurial sector. Xie initially entered the startup ecosystem by co-founding an independent entertainment analytics venture, where he applied his product leadership skills to a niche market. His technical foundation is supported by his studies in Computer Science at both Harvard University and Columbia University. He later advanced his executive management credentials by earning a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Today, Xie focuses on combining his academic computer science background with his corporate product management expertise to lead operations and product strategy at Callback.
