Alan Ni

Alan Ni is the Co-Founder of Grow Therapy, a digital mental health marketplace based in New York City. Before launching the platform in 2020, he held product leadership and software engineering positions at healthcare startups Oscar Health and Flatiron Health. He initially transitioned into the digital health sector after earning a computer science degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Under his executive leadership, Grow Therapy has expanded its provider network to all fifty states and secured over $240 million in total funding. The enterprise reached a reported valuation exceeding $850 million following an $88 million Series C investment round led by Sequoia Capital in April 2024. Ni currently focuses on developing scalable healthcare infrastructure that enables independent therapists to launch private practices and accept commercial health insurance.
