Akhilesh Sudhakar

Akhilesh Sudhakar is an artificial intelligence product leader currently building large language model agents for customer support at RowBoat Labs. In this capacity, he develops autonomous AI agents designed to automate customer experience workflows for technology companies. Prior to his current position, Sudhakar led the generative artificial intelligence product division for customer experience at Coinbase between 2023 and 2024. He transitioned to the publicly traded cryptocurrency exchange following its late 2021 acquisition of his previous employer, Agara AI. During his tenure at Agara AI, Sudhakar served as a machine learning scientist and specialized in engineering autonomous customer support systems.
