Akhil Reddy

Akhil Reddy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Thera, an AI-native finance operating system, based in New York, New York. Founded in April 2022 and backed by Y Combinator, the B2B fintech company employs approximately 15 people and facilitates global payroll and contractor payments across more than 150 countries. Under his leadership, Thera provides treasury, spend management, and invoicing infrastructure to corporate clients including Oceans and Zendrop. Prior to launching his current venture, Reddy worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon from 2019 to 2022. He also participated as an On Deck Fellow in 2021 and has operated as an active angel investor since 2019. His current focus centers on developing scalable financial technology solutions to streamline international workforce compliance and human resources operations for small and medium-sized businesses.
