Ahmed ElShireef

Ahmed ElShireef is the Cofounder of Outrove, an AI recruiting startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2025 alongside Saif Elhager, the two-person company develops an ultra-realistic AI recruiter that integrates with Google Meet to conduct video and audio interviews. Outrove was recently accepted into the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch. Prior to his current venture, ElShireef built AiHello, an ad tech software-as-a-service platform that reached seven figures in revenue, and cofounded Lothgha, which he scaled to $500,000 in annual recurring revenue. He also cofounded Cira Robot, a healthcare robotics initiative that received official recognition from the United Nations as a robot doctor. His entrepreneurial background centers on developing and scaling early-stage technology ventures across the artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and robotics sectors.
