Aditya Chintapalli

Aditya Chintapalli is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of BusinessOnBot, a conversational commerce startup based in Bengaluru, India. He established the Y Combinator-backed company in November 2020 to provide direct-to-consumer brands with automated sales and customer support solutions on WhatsApp. Under his operational leadership, BusinessOnBot participated in the YC W21 batch and subsequently secured a $1.3 million Pre-Series A funding round in early 2022 to expand its software-as-a-service platform. Previously, Chintapalli worked as a Data Scientist at CommerceIQ from November 2018 to October 2020, where he developed natural language processing-based recommendation systems for Amazon sellers. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, which he completed in 2017. His professional background combines data science expertise with a current focus on building machine learning solutions for business-to-business e-commerce automation.
