Aden Clemente

Aden Clemente is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of EffiGov, an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, California. In his current executive role, he leads the technical development of an AI operating system specifically designed to optimize urban systems and modernize municipal government operations. Prior to establishing EffiGov, Clemente worked as a software developer at Atlassian, a major enterprise software corporation. During his tenure at Atlassian, he served as a key technical contributor to the mid-2024 commercial launch of Rovo, a specialized product focused on deploying enterprise AI agents. Before entering the technology industry, the New York native earned a degree in computer science and computational biology from Duke University. Clemente's current professional focus centers on bridging the gap between advanced artificial intelligence infrastructure and civic technology to improve public sector efficiency.
