Adam Iseman

Adam Iseman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Red Barn Robotics, an early-stage agricultural technology startup developing autonomous weeding robots. The hardware company operates with a five-person team and is currently participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch under the guidance of primary partner Brad Flora. Red Barn Robotics focuses on designing autonomous hardware solutions that function similarly to robotic vacuums, specifically engineered to manage mechanical weed control on commercial farms. Prior to founding his current venture, Iseman served as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. During his tenure at the multinational technology corporation, he led the development and implementation of new search algorithms powered by machine learning. His professional background combines enterprise software product management with his current focus on scaling sustainable agricultural hardware systems.
