Adam Chandler

Adam Chandler is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Permitify, an artificial intelligence platform providing site-specific code research for architects and engineers. Drawing from a family background in residential development, he initially studied computer science and built custom construction software for builders in Utah. Prior to his current software venture, Chandler partnered with co-founder Alexander Densley to launch a service-based permit-expediting agency. This earlier business scaled rapidly, generating $40,000 in annual recurring revenue within its first month of operation and acquiring clients across six different states. Leveraging this direct operational experience, the two-person team established Permitify, which was subsequently accepted into the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch. Chandler currently focuses on developing automated plan review solutions to resolve regulatory compliance bottlenecks within the broader residential construction and property technology sectors.
