Abdon Nacif

Abdon Nacif is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Nexu, a financial technology company based in Mexico City, Mexico. Under his leadership, the 63-employee platform provides auto financing and dealership software across Latin America, recently approaching $70 million in annual revenue while maintaining profitability for nearly two years. Nacif has guided the startup through substantial capital raises, including a $20 million Series B equity round led by Valor Capital Group and a concurrent $50 million debt facility from HSBC in October 2023. In total, the firm has secured over $30 million in equity and $150 million in institutional debt to fund its growing loan portfolio. Prior to establishing Nexu, the Bolivian-born entrepreneur earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Wharton School. His current focus centers on scaling automotive lending infrastructure and expanding mobility-focused financial services throughout the Mexican market.
