Ronald Zamber, a University of Notre Dame alumnus and former ophthalmologist, founded Visionary Private Equity Group in 2010. Though Visionary Private Equity Group initially aimed to support emerging companies with growth capital, it is now under receivership. This follows federal and state investigations into alleged investor fraud by its founder. The firm’s original vision has been replaced by legal proceedings focused on asset recovery and restitution for affected parties.
