Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) is a Taiwanese specialized integrated circuit (IC) foundry. VIS was founded in December 1994 in Taiwan's Hsinchu Science Park by Dr. Chang-Gung Chang and experienced engineers. Initially a DRAM manufacturer, the company transitioned to a pure-play foundry model in February 2004, leveraging its expertise to serve the global semiconductor market.

As a specialty IC foundry, VIS primarily serves fabless semiconductor companies and integrated device manufacturers requiring outsourced chip fabrication.
