Jesse Schell founded Schell Games in 2002 in Pittsburgh. Prior, he served seven years as Creative Director of Disney Imagineering's Virtual Reality Studio, contributing to theme park projects. This foundational experience in interactive entertainment and his academic role at Carnegie Mellon University significantly shaped the studio’s inception and its focus on innovative design.
