PeptiDream

PeptiDream develops therapeutic and diagnostic candidates leveraging macrocyclic peptides. Its proprietary Peptide Discovery Platform System (PDPS) builds diverse peptide libraries incorporating non-canonical amino acids, identifying novel constrained peptides, small molecules, and peptide-drug conjugates. PDRadiopharma, its subsidiary, also develops and commercializes targeted radiotherapeutics and radiodiagnostics.

Co-founded in July 2006 by Professor Hiroaki Suga of the University of Tokyo, PeptiDream emerged from his pivotal research. Suga's enzyme technologies enabled creation of vast, diverse peptide libraries. This scientific insight formed the basis of the Peptide Discovery Platform System, aiming to revolutionize drug discovery by targeting challenging proteins.

PeptiDream partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies, applying its PDPS technology to advance drug discovery. Its PDRadiopharma subsidiary commercializes radiopharmaceuticals in Japan and develops new agents. It envisions translating macrocyclic peptides into a new class of medicines, addressing unmet needs and enhancing patient quality of life globally.
