The company was founded by Scott Drummond, who initially started a marketing firm in 1998. His direct experience owning and operating Bounceopolis, an indoor play zone acquired in 2005, illuminated significant operational challenges in managing bookings and customer flow. This insight led Drummond to develop Party Center Software in 2006, initially for his own venue, before launching it commercially in 2007 to address a wider industry need.

Party Center Software primarily serves family entertainment centers and similar event venues, enabling them to enhance guest experiences and optimize business processes.
