Established in 2015, MassRobotics originated from discussions within the Massachusetts Robotics Cluster, founded by the Mass Technology Leadership Council in 2004. Founders Tye Brady, Steve Paschall, Fady Saad, Joyce Sidopoulos, and Daniel Theobald identified a critical need for a dedicated innovation and co-working space. Their vision was to expedite robotics technology advancement and adoption.

MassRobotics primarily supports innovative startups and entrepreneurs in robotics and automation. It facilitates their growth through investor introductions and customer acquisition support.
