Established through the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, MADE is one of eight specialized Italian Competence Centers integral to the national Industry 4.0 Plan. Its foundation stems from the critical insight that Italian enterprises require structured assistance to navigate the complexities of advanced industrial technologies. The consortium comprises 48 founding members, uniting diverse stakeholders including universities, research centers, and key industrial players to foster this national initiative.
The center primarily serves small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and other manufacturing companies seeking to adopt cutting-edge technologies.
