Founded by Adam Forste and Kevin Marchetti, who met at Morgan Stanley, Lineage was formally established in April 2012. Their vision was to create a comprehensive temperature-controlled logistics network. This began with consolidating various cold storage assets under Bay Grove Capital, LLC, a process they commenced in December 2008.
