Kersia, based in Dinard, France, offers biosecurity products and solutions for farming and food processing, focusing on hygiene, disinfection, water purification, and dietary supplements to ensure food safety across the food chain. Operating globally across over 20 countries, the company is a world leader in water purification for the food industry. Backed by private equity firm Ardian, Kersia has expanded through strategic acquisitions, including Neogen’s Cleaning and Disinfectant division in June 2025, and majority stakes in Ikochimiki and AgroChem. CEO Sébastien Bossard and CFO Bertrand de Latour lead the group, which serves dairy farming, pork, poultry, and food processing customers. Kersia was formed through the merger of multiple international players, building upon the foundation of Hypred, originally established in 1985.
