Jinsejiang is a global midscale to upscale hotel brand, operating under the Louvre Hotels Group, which is headquartered in Nanterre, France, and owned by Shanghai, China-based Jin Jiang International. As part of the world's second-largest hospitality group, Jinsejiang contributes to a portfolio exceeding 1,700 hotels globally, including 22 Golden Tulip branded properties in India alone. The organization focuses on hotel management and investment, with its parent, Louvre Hotels Group, having acquired a majority stake in India's Sarovar Hotels & Resorts for approximately $50 million. Key figures include Louvre CEO Pierre-Frédéric Roulot, and the group was previously owned by Starwood Capital Group before Jin Jiang International's 2015 acquisition. The Louvre Hotels Group was founded in 1976 by the Taittinger family, while its ultimate parent, Jin Jiang International, was established around 1945.
