InnovateX Fund

Equirus InnovateX Fund (EIF) is an India-based seed and early-stage venture capital fund that invests in B2B technology companies developing innovative solutions in deeptech, SaaS, and fintech. The fund recently closed its maiden fund at ₹166 crore (approximately $20 million USD) and has deployed capital into nine startups, with plans to support up to 15 companies in total. Its current portfolio comprises one fintech, six software, and two deeptech companies, with initial ticket sizes ranging from ₹4 crore to ₹8 crore per deal. EIF has received backing from founders including Girish Gaitonde and M.R. Jyothy. The fund launched in late 2022, with investments commencing in mid-2023, under the leadership of Krishna Jha, Sunder Nookala, and Sadhika Agarwal. The firm focuses on primary focus areas include deeptech, SaaS , and fintech companies. The fund targets B2B tech startups solving complex problems with sustainable solutions.
