IICOMBINED Co., Ltd. is a South Korean manufacturing company based in Seoul’s Seongsu district, primarily known for operating the luxury eyewear brand Gentle Monster and expanding into diverse lifestyle sectors. The company has diversified its portfolio to include fragrance and skincare brand Tamburins, dessert brand Nudake, hats under ATiiSSU, and kitchenware via Haus Nowhere. With 1,053 employees as of 2023, IICOMBINED reported 2023 revenue of 608.3 billion KRW and an operating profit of 136.6 billion KRW, with a projected 2025 valuation of approximately 3.35 trillion KRW. Notable investors include Luxottica, which acquired a 13-16% stake in June 2023, L Catterton, IDG Capital, and Google, which invested approximately 145 billion KRW for smart glasses development. IICOMBINED was founded in 2011 by Kim Han-kook.
