HotGreen Solutions develops ultra-efficient industrial high-temperature heat pumps using hydrocarbon refrigerants and novel isothermal compression technology to produce low-temperature steam up to 120°C from ambient air sources. Their systems integrate with existing infrastructure, install in 3-5 days, and deliver up to four times the efficiency of traditional boilers for industrial process heat, offering payback periods under two years. The company secured £1.2 million in pre-seed funding in October 2025, led by Empirical Ventures, with participation from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), First Imagine! Ventures, The Conduit Impact Fund, and Almanac Ventures.
