Hosen Capital is a China-focused consumer private equity firm investing across the food value chain and mid-market buyouts, headquartered in Beijing with offices in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Guangzhou. The firm manages both RMB and USD funds, with a total AUM equivalent to approximately RMB 6 billion. Its first USD fund achieved 4x returns, while its second USD fund closed at $460 million, with over half already committed. Hosen Capital has completed over 50 total deals, including more than 10 buyout transactions, with its aggregate portfolio generating $2.6 billion in revenue. Key investors in Hosen Capital's funds include New Hope Group, Temasek, Mitsui, ADM, and the IFC (World Bank Group). The firm was founded in 2010 by Chris Wang and Alex Tianli Zhang.
