Harbour Industrial Capital is a venture capital firm investing in startups within the Polkadot and wider Web3 ecosystem, operating from an undisclosed location. The firm employs a dual strategy, combining venture capital and liquid investment approaches through funds such as HIC Fund I, launched in 2021, and the upcoming Fund II, set for 2025. HIC Fund I manages $25 million in assets as of Q4 2024 and has invested in 28 Polkadot-based projects, demonstrating over 500% relative outperformance of DOT since its inception. Fund II is targeting a size of $100 million to further expand its investment capacity in the sector. Co-founder and CEO Max Rebol, alongside Co-founder and CIO Mario Altenburger, lead the firm, both having been elected Polkadot Head Ambassadors in 2024.
