Greater Manchester Combined Authority

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is a local governance body that makes strategic decisions for the Greater Manchester region, coordinating policy and delivery across key public services from its base in North West England, United Kingdom. It oversees strategic planning for transport, housing, policing, and economic development across its ten metropolitan boroughs, serving 2.8 million residents within approximately 500 square miles.
