Genesis Luxury and Brands

Genesis Luxury and Brands is the premium automotive division of Hyundai Motor Group that designs and manufactures luxury sedans, SUVs, and electric vehicles, with primary production based in Ulsan, South Korea. The company operates globally across the United States and Europe, reaching a milestone of over one million cumulative vehicle sales by August 2023. To support its global expansion, the organization scaled its dedicated headquarters staff from five employees to approximately 130 personnel. The marque's design and leadership teams have featured prominent automotive industry veterans, including former Audi designer Peter Schreyer, former Bentley executive Luc Donckerwolke, and global brand head Manfred Fitzgerald. The automaker recently expanded its operations by launching the Genesis Magma Racing Team alongside its first hypercar in late 2024. Genesis Luxury and Brands was established as a standalone brand in 2015 by Hyundai Motor Group.
