Frasers Group is a British retail conglomerate specializing in sports goods, apparel, and lifestyle brands, based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. The company operates a high volume retail business model across physical storefronts and digital platforms, trading on the London Stock Exchange as a FTSE 250 constituent. The corporation manages a diverse portfolio of prominent consumer retail subsidiaries and sporting goods manufacturers, including recognizable names such as Sports Direct, Flannels, House of Fraser, and Everlast. Under the strategic direction of chief executive officer Michael Murray, the enterprise has expanded its core operations into premium luxury markets, fitness club chains, and commercial property acquisitions.
