Fox Corporation is a multinational mass media company based in New York City that owns and operates leading news, sports, and entertainment television networks. The publicly traded enterprise produces and distributes content globally through major brands such as FOX News Media, FOX Sports, and FOX Entertainment. The current corporate structure was established following a massive $71.3 billion asset acquisition deal with Disney, which separated these core broadcast assets from the broader entertainment portfolio. To expand its digital footprint, the organization acquired the popular free ad-supported streaming service Tubi in 2020 and subsequently formed the Tubi Media Group to integrate its streaming and advertising platforms. Fox Corporation officially launched as a standalone entity in 2019, though its roots trace back to the original Fox Broadcasting Company founded in 1986 by Rupert Murdoch and Barry Diller.
