FOFM

Frontiers of Flight Museum (FOFM) is a nonprofit organization based in Dallas, Texas, that preserves aviation history, exhibits extensive aircraft collections, and develops specialized aerospace educational programs. Operating as a registered 501(c)(3) entity located directly at the Dallas Love Field airport, the institution funds its ongoing operations through public donations, institutional grants, and general museum admissions. In late 2023, the organization expanded its educational offerings by planning an onsite Aerospace Innovation Lab designed to serve local students and aviation enthusiasts. The museum has received historical backing and operational support from notable figures and entities, including Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, Jan Collmer, William E. Cooper, and executive Abigail Erickson-Torres. FOFM was officially founded in 1988 through a collaborative effort involving the University of Texas at Dallas, aviation historian George Haddaway, and various local civic leaders.
