FarmDidi is a Pune, India-based food-tech social enterprise and direct-to-consumer brand that trains rural women to manufacture traditional, preservative-free food products such as pickles, papads, and chutneys. The company provides raw materials and market linkages to local self-help groups, subsequently distributing the packaged consumer goods through its proprietary website and major e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart. Operating across more than 45 villages in Maharashtra districts like Aurangabad and Raigad, the organization has enabled over 1,500 women entrepreneurs and directly trained 500 partner producers. Participating manufacturers have reported a threefold increase in their personal income through this supply chain integration, supporting the enterprise's broader objective to eventually reach one million rural workers across India. FarmDidi was officially founded in 2021 by former Kearney management consultant Manjari Sharma, alongside co-founders Asmita Ghodeshwar and Anukrit Johari.
