FabAlley is a Noida, India-based online-to-offline fashion brand that designs and manufactures women's fast fashion apparel and ethnic-fusion wear. Operated by High Street Essentials, the direct-to-consumer company distributes its in-house clothing lines through its proprietary website, physical retail locations, and major e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra and Jabong. The enterprise reported a net revenue of Rs 90.2 crore and an EBITDA of Rs 3.3 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2019, alongside a 70% year-over-year growth rate, scaling from just 25 employees in 2014. To support its transition from an accessories storefront to a full apparel manufacturer with offline expansion, the company secured a $2 million Series A funding round led by India Quotient, following earlier seed capital from the Indian Angel Network. FabAlley was founded in 2012 by Shivani Poddar and Tanvi Malik.
