Its previous investment vehicle, Envest Capital Partners II, officially closed in January 2021, while its newest fund, Envest Capital Partners III, opened for fundraising in June 2024 to target industrial and consumer services investments. The firm's investment strategy and daily operations are directed by a core management team that includes managing directors Jonathan B. Reed, John Reed, and Leggett Kitchin, alongside partner Marc Ginter and advisory board member Michael Ives. Envest Capital Partners was originally founded in 1999.
