The Entrepreneurs' Center Angels (ECA) functions as an investment network managed by The Entrepreneurs' Center, aimed at fostering local startups and small businesses. It connects promising entrepreneurs directly with a curated group of over 40 local angel investors, facilitating introductions and presentation opportunities. This mechanism efficiently channels private capital and strategic guidance into emerging regional ventures.
