Enterprise M3

Enterprise M3 is a Local Enterprise Partnership that drives economic growth, regional regeneration, and labor market initiatives across Hampshire and west Surrey in the United Kingdom. Operating as one of 38 government funded LEPs, the organization facilitates strategic financial planning and public and private collaborations to support local businesses and infrastructure. The entity operates with approximately 13 employees and manages an estimated $8.8 million in annual revenue to fund its regional economic programs. By coordinating investments between local authorities and private enterprises, the group focuses on advancing skills training and transport networks. The organization's board of directors features representatives from prominent entities, including BAE Systems, Hays, Farnborough College, and the Surrey Wildlife Trust. Enterprise M3 was originally established in 2011 as a government initiative and is currently led by Chief Executive Kathy Slack and Chair Dave Axam.
