Valverde, the first Mexican woman to establish an early-stage VC firm in Mexico or Silicon Valley, brought a distinct perspective. Her foundational insight was empowering a diverse generation of entrepreneurs, leading to the firm’s rebranding as Endurance28 in May 2024, a name reflecting perseverance and collaboration.
