Empowtech Capital is a private equity-backed platform operating within the technical services market through a scalable acquisition and operational growth model. The organization focuses on identifying, integrating, and scaling acquired businesses to deliver technical services more efficiently across various undisclosed commercial sectors. By implementing strict operational oversight, the firm aims to consolidate fragmented technical service providers into a unified corporate structure. The executive leadership team includes Chief Operating Officer Adam Ho and Chief Financial Officer Mark Lo, who officially joined the firm in June 2025 bringing over 20 years of financial leadership experience in private equity-backed businesses. Prior to establishing this venture, co-founder Florian managed the investment firm White Square Capital between 2012 and 2021, providing institutional background to the current management. Empowtech Capital was founded in 2025 by Nick Manninges, Florian, and Denis Piffaretti.
