Efficient Drivetrains is a Milpitas, California-based company that designs and manufactures hybrid and fully electric drivetrain systems for commercial vehicles. Founded in 2006 by Doctor Andrew Frank and Joerg Ferchau as a University of California Davis technology spinout, the organization has seen its systems accumulate more than 6 million miles of travel across the United States and China.
