Dropee is a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based B2B wholesale e-commerce marketplace and SaaS platform that connects suppliers and retailers primarily operating within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The company facilitates digital procurement, inventory management, and working capital loans for a growing network of 30,000 wholesale sellers and 50,000 buying businesses across Southeast Asia. Operating with an estimated 11 to 50 employees, the platform features over 100,000 wholesale products and reached more than $100 million in annualized transaction value by early 2022. The enterprise has secured venture capital backing from notable institutional investors including Y Combinator, Vynn Capital, HCL Capital, and Resolution Venture. This financial support is highlighted by a $7 million Series A funding round comprised of $3 million in equity and $4 million in debt. Dropee was founded in 2016 by Lennise Ng and Aizat Rahim.
