Founded in 2015 by Victor Belogub, Dmitry Khandogin, and Ruslan Zaydullin, Moscow-based DOC+ provides on-demand doctor house calls and telemedicine consultations through a comprehensive mobile application. The digital health platform manages electronic health records, appointment scheduling, and drug delivery, successfully facilitating over 75,000 home visits and 20,000 teleconsultations for a rapidly growing base of 40,000 users. Operating primarily across Moscow and Saint Petersburg, the healthcare company maintains a workforce of over 300 employees, including a network of nearly 400 in-house medical professionals. Generating an estimated 1,200,000 dollars in annual revenue, DOC+ ultimately secured up to 25 million dollars in venture funding from several prominent lead investors, including Baring Vostok and Yandex. In August 2020, the enterprise officially merged with Doctor Ryad to form the combined healthcare entity SberZdorovye under the executive leadership of Denis Shvetsov.
