Constructor Capital is an early stage venture capital firm based in Zurich, founded by physicist Serg Bell, who previously established technology companies including Acronis, Webpros, and Parallels. The firm provides growth capital and strategic guidance to help founders commercialize scientific breakthroughs and deep intellectual property into scalable businesses across artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and high performance computing. In December 2025, the firm successfully closed its debut investment vehicle, Constructor Capital I, with 92.8 million euros in committed capital. Operating within the broader Constructor Group, the firm leverages an academic network that includes a fifty million euro strategic investment in Jacobs University located in Bremen, Germany. Alongside General Partner Stanislav Protasov and Principal Matthias Wolf, the investment team backs founders building successful companies while drawing on prior experience creating enterprises with a combined valuation exceeding ten billion dollars.
