CitrusX is a Tel Aviv, Israel-based enterprise software company that provides an end-to-end platform for artificial intelligence transparency, explainability, validation, and continuous model monitoring. The software-as-a-service business emerged from stealth operations in December 2023 after securing $4.5 million in seed funding led by Awz Ventures, managed by Yaron Ashkenazi. Operating with a workforce of fewer than 25 employees, the organization focuses on enabling cross-departmental collaboration to test machine learning models and satisfy strict regulatory compliance demands. The technology helps institutions explain complex algorithmic decisions to stakeholders, and the company recently participated in the first cohort of the Awz X-Seed Hub.
