The enterprise supplies nutrient-enhanced ingredient solutions to industrial bakery manufacturers and chocolate processors, targeting a commercial production capacity of 10 tons per month. Its primary commercial product, CoffeeCoa, utilizes upcycled coffee byproducts to replace up to 70 percent of traditional cocoa in various confectionery and beverage applications. The firm also achieved a 21-day production prototype for cultivated pork fat, significantly reducing the standard 24-month traditional agricultural timeline.
