Avishkaar

Avishkaar is a New Delhi-based educational technology company that designs and manufactures do-it-yourself robotics kits, interactive coding platforms, and comprehensive STEAM curriculums for K-12 students. The enterprise generates revenue through direct-to-consumer e-commerce sales of consumer electronics and business-to-business partnerships, having successfully deployed its hardware and software products across more than 1,500 educational institutions. To date, the company's specialized educational programs and physical robotics labs have reached a growing user base of over 100,000 active students globally. To support its ongoing expansion and talent acquisition, Avishkaar has raised ₹5 crore (approximately $670,000) in Pre-Series A funding from institutional investors including Auxano Entrepreneur Fund and Mumbai Angels Network. The organization also partners with government-backed initiatives like Atal Tinkering Labs to install robotics infrastructure and annually hosts the International Robotics Competition. Avishkaar was founded in 2010 by Tarun Bhalla.
