Avinya Fund is an early-stage venture capital firm based in Surat, India, that invests in seed to Series C startups across diversified industries. The firm operates with a dedicated team of 13 employees and currently manages a single primary investment vehicle, Avinya Ventures Fund I, which is formally structured as a Category-I Alternative Investment Fund. Operating with a broadly sector-agnostic approach, the organization deploys capital into high-growth emerging technology segments, specifically targeting areas like financial technology, Web3, and educational technology. Launched in strategic partnership with the prominent angel investment network We Founder Circle, the firm recently secured capital commitments from a key domestic limited partner to successfully reach the first close of its maiden fund.
