Automaise is a Braga, Portugal-based software company that develops artificial intelligence-powered virtual employees and omni-channel virtual assistants for enterprise customer service and business workflow automation. Operating on a business-to-business software-as-a-service model, the platform utilizes generative artificial intelligence technology and large language models to automate customer interactions across voice and text channels while providing an agent copilot to assist human representatives with customer ticket resolution.
