In 1998, Allianz acquired AGF, a major SFAC shareholder, leading to the formation of Euler-SFAC, which later became Euler Hermes in 2003 after acquiring Hermes. Allianz Group fully acquired Euler Hermes in 2018, rebranding it as Allianz Trade on March 28, 2022.
